Thank you for choosing OBP for your turf rental. To ensure a safe, secure, and seamless experience for all teams and individuals, please review and adhere to the following policies. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to all terms outlined below
.1. "Rent at Your Own Risk" & Liability Waiver
- Assumption of Risk: All rentals operate on a "rent at your own risk" basis. Staff may not be present on-site during these hours. Renters assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during the rental period.
- Liability Release: OBP, its owners, and its employees are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies sustained on the premises.
- Supervision: Renters are entirely responsible for the conduct, safety, and supervision of all participants and spectators brought into the facility during the rental.
2. Access and Security
- Facility Access: You will be provided with a unique access code or instructions prior to your rental time. Do not share this access code with anyone outside of your designated group.
- Propped Doors: Under no circumstances should exterior doors be propped open. Keeping doors secure prevents unauthorized entry and ensures the safety of your group.
- Lock-Up Procedure: The renter is responsible for ensuring all doors are completely closed and locked upon departure, and electronics are turned off (lights, air conditioning, machines, radio). Failure to secure the facility may result in a penalty fee and the suspension of future booking privileges.
3. Emergency Situations
- First Aid & Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency or fire, dial 911 immediately. A first aid kit is located at at turf entrance.
- Facility Issues: For urgent facility maintenance issues (e.g., severe leaks, power outages), please contact our on-call representative at 781-488-7100.
4. Facility Rules & Clean-Up
- Time Slots: Your rental begins and ends exactly at the scheduled times. Please ensure your group clears the turf promptly so the next group can begin on time or the facility can close.
- Clean-Up: Renters must leave the turf and bench areas clean. Dispose of all trash, water bottles, and tape in the provided bins before leaving.
- Prohibited Items: No food, chewing gum, sunflower seeds, glass containers, or colored drinks are allowed on the turf. Only clean athletic footwear or turf shoes are permitted.
5. Damages and Surveillance
- Video Monitoring: For your safety and security, the facility is under 24/7 video surveillance.
- Damage Liability: The renter on file will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to the turf, equipment, netting, or facility structure during the rental period. Please report any pre-existing damage immediately upon arrival.
