Our two experienced softball instructors bring a comprehensive approach to player development, specializing in pitching, catching, fielding, and hitting. With a strong focus on fundamentals, mechanics, and game IQ, they work with athletes to build confidence, consistency, and competitive edge on the field.
Our lacrosse training program is built to help athletes grow their stick skills, footwork, speed, and overall game awareness. Sessions focus on fundamentals first — passing, catching, shooting mechanics, defensive positioning, and transition play — while also challenging athletes with competitive, game-like scenarios.
