As the owners of the On Base Performance, we want to thank you for being part of our growing community of players, coaches, families, and organizations. Our top priority is creating a safe and clean environment for everyone who trains here.  This also requires the shared responsibility of everyone who uses the facility to treat the building and all its patrons with respect.

Please take a moment to carefully review the following guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of all participants and the smooth operation of our facility.

 All members, guests, and teams use the On Base Performance at their own risk.

On Base Performance, LLC (OBP) is not liable for personal injuries or equipment damage sustained in or around the cages or turf areas.

• Every participant must sign a liability waiver before entering a cage. This only needs to be completed once. This waiver can be filled out online or on-site located at the check in counter in the main office lobby.

• Minors must be supervised by an adult, coach, or instructor at all times while using the facility.

• Batters must wear helmets when hitting off a machine or live pitching. No exceptions.
• Protective screens are required anytime a batter is in the cage. Front toss must be from at least 15 feet away.
• No swinging bats outside the cages.
• Catchers must wear full gear: mask, chest protector, and shin guards.
• Pick up all OBP balls after your session. Loose balls left in cages are a hazard.  At the end of your cage time, return all balls to their original bins and double-check your bag/glove so nothing leaves with you by mistake..
• Sneakers or turf shoes only – no cleats.
• No food, gum, or seeds are allowed inside the facility.  Water bottles are allowed.
• Dispose of all trash in the provided bins.
• Clean music is permitted – music with profanity is strictly prohibited at all times.
• Do not hang bat bags on nets – this causes wear and tear and will rip the netting.

Batting cages are inherently dangerous. Please stay alert when moving around the facility:

• Keep at least 3 feet away from any occupied cage.
• Avoid standing directly next to nets with active hitters nearby — cage nets have some give and won't stop a full-speed batted ball.
• Coaches, instructors, and parents, please help supervise players and children near cage areas to prevent injuries.
• Never swing bats outside the cages.
• Give your neighbors time to clear the balls near dividers before hitting.

• Your reserved rental time includes setup and cleanup — please plan accordingly.
• Be respectful of the teams scheduled after you and leave the space clean and ready for the next group.  Leave it better than you found it.
